A few things that speed the first reply up.
What should I send with my enquiry?+
Photographs of the area, any existing or proposed drawings, the postcode, and roughly when you want work to start. Even phone photographs are enough for us to tell you whether a survey is needed.
How quickly will someone respond?+
Within one working day, from an engineer who has actually read what you sent. Urgent site problems are picked up the same day.
Is the first conversation chargeable?+
No. Initial advice, scoping and a fixed fee proposal are free. Charging starts when you accept the proposal.
Can I visit the office?+
Please do, by appointment. Bring drawings if you have them; an hour at a table with a marker pen resolves more than a fortnight of correspondence.
